- Our boxes will fit through the letterbox so no need to go to the Post Office.

Hi Renita, I am sorry you were disappointed with the size. We state on the product description the weight, the length and every other feature of the product. We try to be as clear as we can be to avoid situations like this. The product is designed to be a tasty treat for a stocking. It must also fit through the letterbox. Each box is made up by hand using the best ingredients. This takes a lot of time and is reflected in the cost. Unfortunately, it's not possible to make handmade personalised products any cheaper. In terms of delivery, the product arrived 1 day after it's chosen window of 1-2 days. Normally Royal Mail is very efficient, but around Christmas, they always experience delays so I apologise for this. For our part, we shipped it the day we should have done. Thanks Dicky
The stocking filler box dimensions are: 10.7cm x 2.8mm x 1.4cm. Each letter is 5g.
Stocking filler Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring (Cocoa Solids: 37% Min, Milk Solids: 19% Min).
